These terms apply to your use of ProFormaEngine: the website at proformaengine.com, the web app at app.proformaengine.com, and the MCP server at mcp.proformaengine.com. By using ProFormaEngine you agree to them.
Access
ProFormaEngine is offered by invitation and is still being developed. Features may change, and we may limit, suspend or end access at any time, including to an account that breaks these terms.
Your content
Your models are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them as needed to provide the service to you, including to the AI assistants you connect and to anyone you share a view-only link with. You're responsible for having the right to put your content into ProFormaEngine.
Not financial advice
ProFormaEngine is a calculation tool. Its results, and anything an AI assistant produces with it, depend on the inputs and formulas in your models and may contain errors. Check results before relying on them; they are not financial, investment, legal or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, get around its security or limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
No warranty
ProFormaEngine is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will never be lost, so keep your own copies of anything important (the Excel download makes that easy).
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ProFormaEngine isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from decisions made using its results.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use ProFormaEngine after a change means you accept the new terms.
